Volunteers are an integral part of hospital operations at Lakeview Regional Medical Center and are always welcomed. A junior volunteer program for high school students is also available during the summer months. Volunteers perform a variety of activities in our hospital including transporting patients, greeting visitors, delivering flowers, operating the hospital gift shop, and more! Every year one volunteer is selected for the prestigious Frist Volunteer Humanitarian Award.

During the month of April, National Volunteer Month, a variety of fun events are planned in recognition and appreciation for the many hours volunteers donate to our hospital.
